About Doc:

Doc is out of our second Millie-Spirit litter. We had not intended to keep any puppy from this litter but Doc just grew on us. He is a beauty to look at, especially in his movement. He has a very sweet disposition and is very birdy in the field. He is such a great all-around dog that, now that we have decided to keep him, we are getting excited about watching him grow into a wonderful show dog and field companion. On March 27,2005, Doc completed his Junior Hunter title with high scores. Doc picked up his first 2 show points on June 18 & 19, 2005 at the Nor Cal Cluster in Gridley, CA. and a 4 point major Aug 6th at the Richmond Show. He is definitely on his way! Jan. 28th, 2006 we were so pleased when Doc won a Group 4 in the Best Bred- by competition at the Golden Gate Kennel club benched show. March 26th, Doc picked up his second 3 point major at the Oakland Kennel club. Only 4 singles to go to be our first Champion from the Bred- By- Exhibitor class. May 5th 2006- we were thrilled when Doc won the Open dog class at the GSPCA National Specialty show! June 18,2006- Sandy received a wonderful Father's Day gift when Doc became our first Champion exclusively from the Bred By Exhibitor Class. Feb. 18, 2007- Doc is coming into his own in the field. He has become our next Senior Hunter- passing 4 straight legs with high scores. He is just about ready for Master Hunter too! June 9,2007- Doc took third in the Open Gun Dog stake at the Reno field trial. the stake was a three point major. Doc completed his Master Hunter title this Spring, 2008.
